After that it is prepared in the shape of barfi. He told that this barfi is also beneficial because it is prepared in honey. He told that this barfi will be available here for Rs 280 per kg. He told that you can keep it for three months and eat it comfortably. Sanjay told that Amla is also very beneficial for the body. Especially if honey is added to it, it becomes even more beneficial for your body.
